THRIVE GO's ages 4-6 program is a small group program that is designed to get our little ones moving and having fun. However we still strive to introduce the basics of squatting, the correct way to pick things up, and how fitness can be fun and exciting. For the most part, they will play games and enjoy group activities that will help to introduce these skilled movements all while having fun.

THRIVE GO's age 6-9 program, is a small group program that sets the foundation for success in any sport or just fitness by focusing on speed, agility and overall coordination. Our signature speed and strength training methods are serious, but all within a fun and friendly environment. THRIVE GO is a must for any young person who wants to develop foundational athletic skills that will help them rise above their competition.
Cost $72 for Two Days/Week $40 for One Day/Week
THRIVE GO's ages 10-13 program is a small group program that focuses on the techniques used in speed agility and strength to maximize improvements in athletic performance. Our age 10-13 program also utilizes the most up to date research on sage athlete training techniques and injury prevention. At this level, programming is broken down into an individual focus per sessions, linear speed, change of direction, strength, olympic lifting, & conditioning.
